Galatians 6:18, Corinthians 14:1
You are loved. Some days it’s easy to forget that fundamental truth. But just because we forget it doesn’t make any less real and true.
We need to be loved. We don’t want love, we need love. Just as we need clean air, water and nutritious food, we need love. It is a vital part of our existence.
And so it is that we need to give love to others, too. Love is one element of life that we can give to others without running out of our own supply. In fact, the more love we give, the more love we have. Love is not selfish, we should not love others just to be loved in return. But we should be constantly aware that by loving our family, our friends, our neighbors and strangers, we are receiving God’s love.
God’s Love flows through us as we Love others.
